Donna has over 23 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial leasing and management.
As a Commercial Property Manager for Stonewater Properties, Donna currently manages over 667,000 square feet of office, retail, commercial industrial and warehouse space in the Ottawa, ON and Brockville, ON areas.
Her responsibilities include contract negotiation and administration, property inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management, marketing and, tenant relations. Donna enjoys working directly with people and believes in building a strong and permanent business relationship with her tenants.
